To ensure that ReplyRush operates seamlessly, it’s important to verify that the necessary permissions are correctly configured in your Facebook and Instagram accounts. Follow these steps to review and confirm your settings:
01 – Page Settings #
- Visit Facebook.com.
- Navigate to your Facebook page, then go to Settings > Linked Accounts > Instagram.
- Look for any errors or warnings. If you find any, follow the provided instructions to resolve them. If everything looks good, proceed to the next step.
02 – Business Suite Settings #
- Open Meta Business Suite.
- Review the dashboard for any notifications of errors or warnings. Address any issues as indicated. If no problems are detected, move on to the next step.
03 – Business Manager Settings #
- Access your Business Manager Settings.
- Go to Pages and select your page. In the People column on the right, find your name and ensure you have “Full control”.
- Repeat the process for your Instagram accounts: select your Instagram account, find your name, and ensure all toggles are activated.
